So, yes.
A bit overwhelmed.
I sat in my car Monday morning and agonized over making the right decision.
Because, you see, though there is normally a ‘bail’ option, it’s much easier just to NOT CHOOSE a certain path.
Less heartache. And headache.
Obviously I got out of my car. And went to work. On my brand new floor in my brand new office with my brand new boss.
And it seems okay. Maybe even more than okay.

Give it a try and see how it goes. Most of us fall into our careers this way.
ahh the change. the uncertainty. the lack of comfort. way to jump.
If it gets too bad, you can break into your boss's office and pee in his plastic plants.
You suck at answering text mails.
SO . . .
How's the new job, chica?
I can't wait to hear more about it. You have such a creative and entertaining blog :)
Do you at least have a door that closes?
I think you'll be fine, although I must admit that the phrase "We got a Dead Man Walking" (Woman in your case) ran through my head while reading this last entry.
On a personal note regarding the above -- I thought about using the word "whilst" instead of "while." Does that make me an 18th century English Homosexual? Please advise.
